not so god for people with small hands
I have small hands. The lid is really hard to get off as well as to screw on as tight as you have to. You have to get it pretty tight on there to stop it from leaking when you shake it.
Despite that I like the bottle a lot. It's a nice size and very durable, and it does a good job keeping things cold.

Well made insulated Muscle Pound bottle, keeps beverages colder
This was a gift for my gf and she loved it. She loved the color and how the bottle looks inside and out. Beverages are kept cold longer and has not leaked at all. Easy to clean and the cap lock comes in handy

Nice bottle
Nice bottle it has the perfect stainless steel easy to clean. the rounded bottom is just a bonus keeps drinks nice and cold. Is also good for coffee in the morning keeps it nice and hot. Overall 10/10 would recommend

Really like this shaker bottle! Very well made, cover fits awesome, doesn’t leak, made of stainless steel, and it’s insulated!!!! If you regularly drink protien shakes, this is an awesome bottle to add to the collection. Well worth the money.
