Are Muscle Pound™️ products dishwasher safe?

Yes. All pieces are dishwasher safe. We recommend using the top rack for the cup and lid, and placing the MixBall in the silverware bin.

Are Muscle Pound™️ products microwave safe?

While the plastics used in Muscle Pound™️ brand products are BPA- and Phthalate-free, microwaving is strongly discouraged. The leak-proof seal can allow pressure to build up inside the bottle/jars when heating, causing the lids or flip caps to open unexpectedly and spray contents. Never microwave the Muscle Pound™️ with the MixBall inside.
